As a creative person, I am always making and trying new things! This page features a collection of mini projects that do not fit into traditional categories.
I made this stop motion based on the Yarmouth Suspension Bridge Collapse, which occurred in 1845 in Norfolk, England. A crowd had gathered on the bridge to watch a clown come down the river in a barrel pulled by 4 geese. When he got close to the bridge, everyone rushed over to one side of it, and a suspension eyebar failed under the load, causing the whole side of the bridge to tip over and everyone to fall into the water. Boats came to save them, but 79 people died, mainly children. This video was used for a Materials Science project and took a day to create.
